Pre-ordering
What does the ₹99 pre-order get me?
One of the first 100 units, held in your name, at the Founding Backer price of ₹2,499 — ₹3,500 less than the ₹5,999 launch price.
Is the ₹99 refundable?
Yes, fully. Cancel at any time before your companion is dispatched and the whole ₹99 goes back to your original payment method.
Is the ₹99 extra, or part of the price?
Part of the price. It is deducted from your final payment of ₹2,499, so you pay the remaining ₹2,400 when your companion is ready to ship.
Am I committed to buying?
No. Before your companion ships we ask for the balance. If you have changed your mind, tell us and we refund your ₹99 in full. You owe nothing further.
When will it ship?
Shipping starts on 15 November 2026. Pre-orders ship in the order they were placed, so the earlier you pre-order, the sooner yours arrives. If the date moves, we will tell you before it does, and you can still cancel for a full refund.
How do I pay the balance?
Before your companion ships, we contact you on the phone number you pre-ordered with and send a single-use code to pay the remaining ₹2,400. It is tied to your pre-order, so no one else can use it.
The product
What does it do?
Touch it and it greets you, then answers what you ask, grounded in its own source text — Kanha in the Bhagavad Gita, Ram in the Ramayana, Shambhu in the Shiva Purana. It does not invent scripture. If a question falls outside what it knows, it says so.
Is the app for my child?
No. Your child never touches a screen — they touch the deity. The app is built for the adult: aarti timings and festival calendars for your local temples, and a view of the stories your child has heard and the topics they have raised.
What languages?
Hindi, English and Hinglish. The deities answer in whichever language the question was asked in, and switch when your child does.
What if my child asks something difficult?
The deities are built to handle questions about fear, loss, anger and grief — those are what the source texts are largely about. They do not offer medical or psychological advice, and if a child says something suggesting they need real help, the deity encourages them to speak to a parent. Conversation history is visible in the app.
Is this appropriate for a religious household?
That is a judgement only you can make. The deities do not perform puja, do not replace ritual, and are not consecrated. They chant, tell stories and discuss scripture. Many families keep them in a child's room rather than the mandir for exactly that reason.
Can I wash it?
Surface clean only, with a damp cloth. There is an electronic module inside. Do not immerse in water and do not machine wash.
After launch
Is there a warranty?
6 months against manufacturing defects in the sound and electronics module, from date of delivery.
What is the return policy?
7 days from delivery. If it arrives damaged or does not work, we replace it and we pay the shipping. Full details in our refund policy.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, on request. Rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
