Refund policy

Pre-orders

Your ₹99 pre-order payment is fully refundable. Cancel at any time before your companion is dispatched and we return the whole amount to your original payment method. If you go ahead, the ₹99 is deducted from your final payment of ₹2,499, so you pay ₹2,400 before dispatch. Full terms are in our Terms & Pre-booking Conditions.

7-day returns

You have 7 days from delivery to return a companion for any reason. It must be in its original condition with the box, cable and quick-start card. Email support@coshi.in with your order number to start a return.

If it arrives damaged or faulty

We replace it and pay shipping both ways. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

If you changed your mind

Return shipping is yours to arrange and pay for. We refund once the item reaches us in resaleable condition.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the item. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.

Warranty

6 months from delivery on sound and electronics. It covers manufacturing faults, not water damage, drops, or damage from opening the unit. We repair or replace at our discretion.
