Pre-orders

Pre-ordered companions start shipping on 15 November 2026, in the order pre-orders were placed. Before your companion is dispatched, we contact you to collect the balance of ₹2,400 — your ₹99 pre-order payment is already deducted from the ₹2,499 price. You get a tracking link as soon as it leaves us.

Across India, and internationally on request.

How long it takes

Orders placed after launch arrive within 20 days of order confirmation. Pre-orders ship from 15 November 2026, as above. You get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

Cost

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. International orders may attract customs duties and import taxes on arrival, which are yours to pay.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address before confirming. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery to a corrected address is chargeable.

Delays and lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for 7 days, email support@coshi.in with your order number and we will chase the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it at no cost to you.
